Submit one Request for Proposal (RFP) with your destination, dates, and room needs. groupRooms distributes your request to suitable hotels in the area, and they respond with competitive group rate proposals. You receive all offers in one place with clear comparisons, letting you select the best option without the endless phone calls, emails, and back-and-forth that typically come with group hotel booking.

The Free Submission Model

groupRooms is free to use. There are no markups on hotel rates, no hidden commissions, no percentage-based fees. The group rate you see from each hotel is the rate they offer. Our free platform keeps group booking accessible for groups of every size and budget.

Nationwide Coverage

We currently only do business in the United States, excluding: FL, HI, IA, WA (Seller of Travel requirements). Within those 46 states, our network includes hotels from major chains and independent properties alike, ensuring you have options no matter where your group is headed.
