A group rate is a specially negotiated hotel price for booking multiple rooms (typically 10 or more). Hotels offer these discounted rates because guaranteed block bookings reduce their vacancy risk and drive additional revenue from food, events, and extended stays.

Most hotels consider 10 or more rooms per night a group booking. Some properties offer group rates starting at 5 rooms, especially during off-peak seasons. When in doubt, submit a request — we'll let you know what's available.

Yes. You can update dates, room counts, and other details on any active request. Hotels will see your updated information and may adjust their proposals accordingly.

Most hotels respond within 24–48 hours. You'll receive notifications as offers come in, so you can start comparing right away rather than waiting for all bids.

No. There's no obligation to book. You can review all proposals, compare rates, and decide at your own pace. RFP submissions are free — you only pay the hotel if you choose to book.

There's no obligation to accept any offer.
