Step 2: Hotels Review Your Request
Hotels receive your RFP and evaluate it based on their availability, pricing strategy, and how well your request matches their property. This typically takes 24-72 hours.
Step 3: Hotels Respond with Group Rates
Interested hotels respond with their group rate offers. Each response includes the nightly room rate, available room types, terms and conditions, and any concessions they are willing to offer.
Step 4: We Negotiate on Your Behalf
Our team reviews the responses and negotiates with hotels to get you even better rates. We push for additional concessions like free breakfast, waived resort fees, or complimentary meeting space.
Step 5: You Compare Offers
View all negotiated offers on your dashboard. Compare rates, amenities, locations, and terms side by side. Message hotels directly with questions.
Step 6: You Book Directly
Once you choose the best offer, you book directly with the hotel. groupRooms facilitates the connection but does not process the booking, giving you a direct relationship with the hotel for your stay.
