5. Hilton Orlando
The district Hilton does not appear on the ResortFeeChecker list of 120 Orlando hotels charging a resort, destination or service fee, updated September 2026. 8. Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, 1200 and 1500 Epcot Resort Blvd.
The two hotels publish more than 348,000 square feet of meeting space with 99 meeting rooms, nine ballroom options and 110,500 square feet of contiguous convention and exhibit space (swandolphin.com). The Tier Above the District
The highest published fees in the city sit outside the walk-up cluster: The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes at $61.88 per room, JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa at $61.88 and JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes at $61.87 (ResortFeeChecker, September 2026). At 40 rooms across four nights the first of those figures adds $9,900.80 to the master account.
Parking, Shuttles and the District
The center holds 6,227 parking spaces, 1,380 of them unpaved at the North-South Building (occc.net). The center's district navigator lists Pointe Orlando at 9101 International Drive with a garage and valet, ICON Park at 8375 International Drive with free parking, and the Hollywood Plaza garage at International Drive and Sand Lake Road. Taxi stands sit at the front of the building and the campus carries designated rideshare zones for each show. The I-Ride Trolley and Lynx bus serve International Drive.
Ask each property four things: the mandatory fee, the parking charge, the minimum-night stay on your dates, and the shuttle schedule if part of the group sleeps elsewhere.
The Clauses That Carry the Cost
The groupRooms glossary defines the cut-off date as the deadline by which your group members must book inside the block. After that date the hotel releases unclaimed rooms to general inventory. It defines the attrition clause as the minimum share of the block your group must fill, with a penalty for a shortfall. The platform states that it takes bookings of 10 or more rooms.
Ask for the cut-off date, the attrition percentage, the date the shortfall is measured and the rate it is charged at. Those four answers produce four different invoices.
